In June 2015, OCD Management Consulting Co delivered the course on management skill training for middle-level managers of Tung Lam Export and Development JSC – Yen Tu cable car provider. This is the effort on enhancing the competitive competency and the service providing, the deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning – business management software and other management performance systems such as KPI, 3P…
The course is marked as the first activity to equip knowledge and basic management skills for middle-level managers of Tung Lam. This term is the premise for the consulting projects which are expected to bring a change in business management in Tung Lam.
