In 2011, the training program “Management Capacity Development for District Post Directors” was designed and delivered to VNPost. This program was thoroughly designed and implemented by OCD’s consultants and trainers to help 700 Directors of District Post improve their management capacities in business renovation strategies of VNPost. The program covers topics on Managers and Roles of Managers; Production and Manufacturing Management, Financial Management, and Management Skills.
