In November 2015, OCD Manangement Consulting and Viet Technology Development Investment and Trading Ltd Co. (Techpro) has kicked of the project of Developing Human Resource Management System for Techpro. It helps set up the HRM system for Techpro in general and modern, including Key Performance Indicators system (KPI), competency assessment system and 3P compensation system.
