In 2011, OCD has consulted in Building the Development Strategies and setting up HR Management system for Thu Do Investment Company JSC, curently known as Capital House Group in the field of construction investment, design consulting for the real estate projects and the projects of serving people and society in Hanoi and other provinces in the whole country. The project has been divided into two periods. The general objective of 1st period is transfering the vision of company, setting up the development strategy until 2020, compling objectives of each period and plan for conducting the short-tearm goals (applying BSC) with the active participation of leaders and middle managers. 2nd period’s objectives are (i) To review, evaluate the organizational structure and rearrange the function of divisions in the company (ii) Standardize the functions, duties, authority and coordination relationship among departments (iii) Construct the designation system and job desciption (iv) Build the compensation system (v) Develop the rating evaluation system for departments and job titles using the management via objectives method, which based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
