Consulting in strategies check-up and developing long-term strategy implementation system for FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC (www.fecon.com.vn). The objectives of the project were to: (i) Establish development strategies in the period 2010-2020 for FECON; (ii)Develop a strategy map for the company; (iii)Develop performance assessment system at company and department level for FECON, using Key Performance Indicators (KPI); (iv)Offer training courses to improve strategy development and performance management capabilities for mid-level managers, to help them develop strategic thinking and apply strategy development tools and improve the system in accordance with the company’s actual changes in doing business.
