An open-enrolment training program on up-to-date human resource management for HR practitioners in both businesses and non-profit organizations, this popular training course is jointly organized by OCD and IndochinaPro (www.inpro.vn) on a regular basis since 2006.
In response to high demand from past participants, during 2008-2009 OCD has developed in-depth HRM training modules, including: Performance Management using Balanced Scorecard Approach, and Building & Managing Compensation Systems.
