Consulting in performance assessment system using KPIs for Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, HCMC, 1/2013). OCD consultants help to strengthen the management system of the company as the basis for the reform of the salary system. The assgnment consist 2 phases: (1) Consulting in development BSC – KPIs system for offices of the Corporation (2) Provide consultants and comments for KPI development process at Phu My Fertilizer Plant. The specific objectives of the project include: (i) Research and evaluate the current state of enterprise, (ii) Develop KPIs project, (iii) Launching KPIs programs, (iv) Identify the key factors (KSF), (v) Develop KPIs for level managers, (vi) select KRI and other performance indicators of the rest level of the corporation; (v) standardize performance measurement system, (vi) apply and improve performance measurement system.
