Ms. Dau Thuy Ha is co-founder and chair of the BOD of OCD as well as its member company The Online Management Training Company (www.omt.vn), and Kidsonline.

• Experience

Ms. Ha has over 20 years of experience in business development; startups and leading teams; M&A advisory, from her years working for multinational companies such as Daewoo Corporation, Hewlett-Packard and from helping to set up or advising the growth of successful companies in financial services (http://vnds.com.vn), manned security services (http://daiansafeguards.com) and trade facilitation services (http://nuocmy.net). OCD and Ms Ha have also been actively mentoring and supporting young Vietnamese entrepreneurs and startups, including ENACTUS NEU (www.enactus-neu.org) and RYSE.

• Degree

Ms. Ha has her MBA from Boise State University (Idaho, USA, 1999) and is an alumna of the Aspen Institute (2012). Currently she is co-chair of WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) Vietnam chapter (www.womencorporatedirectors.com).
