Hang is a Senior Management Consultant at OCD with 11 years of HR professional, management and consulting experience. She was the Business Development Director of OCD before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of OOC Technology Solutions JSC which is specialized in management and HR software as a service.
Experience
Hang has more than 10 years of HR professional, management and consulting experience. As the CEO of OOC Technology Solutions, she play an important in the start-up and setting up the foundation of the company for the first year after since it’s founded.
As a consultant, Hang has participated in and coordinated a number of management consulting projects at OCD for clients such as 3Ps compensation system for ALS and member companies (2017), 3Ps compensation system for SOHACO pharmaceutical group (2016), KPI System for Vincom Retails Company a member of Vin Group (VCR, 2014), 3Ps compensation system for VNPT International (VNPTI) – member of VNPT (2014), Formulation of Business Strategy, HR Strategy and HR System for Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM, 2014) and 7 member companies.

Hang hold an MBA with the Vietnam-Belgium Master Program (2011).
