Ms.Ngoc is a chief research officer of OCD Manager Consulting Co. She has over 9 years of experience in market and social research in Indochina Research Co and Mekong Economics.

She joins many projects related to market research and directly participates in measuring customer satisfaction of electricity in most provinces  and cities for Southern, Northern and Central Vietnam Power Co and Power Corporation Hanoi in 2018. She is also in charge of market research project for Zhongsen, Vinh Quang. Before, she took part in lots of research projects for PACT, Manager Board of Small and Medium sized enterprise development project in Soc Trang province, World Bank,  Mekong Development Research Institute, Action Aid Vietnam, Mekong Institute, IFAD, DFATD.

She graduated with Master of Society from University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
