Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong is co-founder and Lead Consultant of OCD, as well as co-founder of OMT (www.omt.vn) and OOC Technology Solutions JSC.

• Experience

With over 20 years of experience in strategic HR, management of information systems, business restructuring and strategic management, for the last decade Phuong has led large-scale and complex HRMD and organizational restructuring projects both in the private sectors, for many of the largest VNR500 companies, and in the public sector, including pioneering Training Needs Assessment and Analysis for the Office of the Government of Vietnam, HR Development and Change Management for the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, among others.

Under her unrelenting guidance and leadership, OCD Management Systems Consulting services have been consistently improved and adapted to meet the challenges of dynamic business growth of Vietnamese companies, making OCD one of Vietnam’s leading local consulting firms, gaining wide recognition among VNR 500 clients for service excellence and practical advice.

In addition to leading the consulting practice of OCD, Phuong is an active leader of the Vietnam Human Resources Association (http://hravn.net), being HRA Vice Chair for many years, and is a founding member of the Small Giants community of Vietnam (http://www.smallgiants.vn).

• Degree

Ms. Phuong holds her Master of Commerce with double concentration in Human Resource Management and Management of Information System with the University of New South Wales (Australia).
