Ms. Le Thi Thao is senior management consultant of OCD, and she is currently the Lecturer of Human Resource Management Subject, Department of Business Administration at Foreign Trade University (FTU). Ms. Thao specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM).

• Experience

Ms. Thao has lot of experience working with businesses and teaching, consulting about human resourece management.

She has been involved in a series of co-op consulting projects between universities and NGO such as COBLAS – Learning methods based on advising SMEs in ASEAN, Component 2: Putting CRS into Vietnam through researching, teaching – training in project “Promoting the role of business comunity in raising the social responsibility based on the principle of Global Compact in Vietnam” – implemented by VCCI in collaboration with UNDP Vietnam.

In adition, she also is a consultant in various projects such as Consulting in Development of salary system for PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCO,2014), Consulting service in Strategy Development and Human Resource Management System for VIMICO, Building human resource management system for Laurelton Diamonds Vietnam Ltd., VMT Group.

• Degree

She got her Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor degree in BA at Foreign Trade University (FTU).
