OCD provided consulting service in Strategy Development for 4 research and planning institutes in the Water Sector (WaterSPS) supported by Danida. Together with the International Consultant – Team Leader, a team of three OCD consultants facilitated Consulting service in Strategy Development for research institutes including Water Research Institute and its Hochiminh City Sub-Institute, the Water Planning Institute and its Hochiminh City Sub-Institute during 2004 – 2005 in the context of their restructuring and transition from Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE).
