Ms. Tran Ngoc Van is senior management consultant of OCD, specializing in operation management, customer service, and ERP consulting.
Experience
Mrs Van has many years of experiences managing education service for hundred thousand customers in Viet nam and South East Asia. She was head of Marketing and PR department at FPT company, head of customer service department, level 1 manager at online education center at Topica education group, and chief manager of projects aiming at core human development as well. Additionally, she is used to work as ERP independence consultant for Wooden manufactory and export company Viresin, consult for service process for some kindergartens which follow Montessori Model.
Mrs Van also has consulting experiences of human resource management, building OCD’s KPI for clients such as Hanoi Transerco, Vietnam Concise Technology #1 Company Ltd, Investment and Construction Company (Visicons)..
