Participate in the program design team in the “Comprehensive Capacity Building Program for ODA Management, funded by MPI

OCD consultants were members of the program design team in the “Comprehensive Capacity Building Program for ODA Management”, jointly sponsored by Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) of Vietnam and the Like-Minded Donors Group (2004).  The team was involved in the formulation of the preliminary design of CCBP, and then supported MPI in setting up the programme office and start programme activities during the interim period, including screening and recruitment of international and national consultants; programme staffs, development of programme management guidelines.
