Mr. Ngo Quy Nham is a senior consultant and trainer on strategic management and human resources management fields who used to the Director of Business Strategy Consulting Service at OCD.
Experience
As a Director of Strategic Consulting Services, Mr. Nham plays an important role in developing strategic consulting services to become the fastest growing product line at OCD, with revenue increase 3 times in 3 consecutive years. Mr. Nham is a consultant capable of updating the consulting methods and tools in the world and apply to the Vietnamese enterprises cases.
Mr. Nham is the Project Manager for Strategic Development and Implementation under the Balanced Scorecard method (BSC) for FECON Foundation and Underground Engineering JSC, Vietnam national aviation insurance Corporation (VNI),Viet Lao International Port JSC, Nam Duoc JSC, SOHACO Pharmaceutical and Trading Group JSC, Song Da 6 JSC, Vinacomin Mineral Holding Corporation (VIMICO); Review Development strategy for seven member companies of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM); Built Development Strategies for Electricity 1 Construction Consulting JSC (PECC1), Ba Dinh BFC Ltd.Co, Vietrust SJC.
Mr. Nham is also a senior consultant for implementing KPIs and salary systems for Hoa Binh Corporation (HBC), Post and Telecommunication Insurance JSC (PTI), Vietnam WACOAL Co., Ltd, A My Gia Co., Ltd, VinaSugar I Company, Inter-provincial Telecommunications Company (VTN), PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), VNPT-Vinaphone Company, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and members: Dong Nai Power Company, Dong Thap Power Company, Binh Phuoc Power Company and Ben Tre Power Company.
Mr. Nham carried out coaching strategy, training to build the performance evaluation system according to the BSC – KPIs for Capital House Investment JSC, Bon JSC, VETC Co., Ltd, Vingroup, VMG Media Group.
Degree
Mr. Nham graduated Bachelor degree at Vietnam Commercial University and MBA at the University of Wales. Mr Nham is currently a PhD student in strategic management at Paris Dauphine University, France.
