Dr. Hoang Thi Thuy Nga is Business Development Director of OCD, with extensive experience in Strategic Management, Human Resources Management System.
Experience
Dr Nga successfully managed a series of market research projects including market research for ROKI, Mechanical and Metal Processing Company… Dr Nga also led large-scale customer satisfaction surveys for Electricity of Vietnam Southern Power Corporation (EVN SPC), Northern Power Corporation (EVN NPC), Center Power Corporation (EVN CPC), Hanoi Power Corporation (Hanoi EVN) and Danang Power Company in 2017.
Dr. Nga is a key member of OCD consultant teams advising the organizational re-structuring of Vietnam Japan Gemstones Company (VIJAGEMS), member of consulting teams working with Vietnam National Aviation Insurance Company, TMS Group, Licogi 13, VNPT Haiphong, Post & Telecommunications Insurance Corporation (PTI), to name a few.
Dr. Nga also has many years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for the Hanoi Young Enterprise Association, Center for Accounting and Business, National Economics University and Vietnam–Denmark International Business Research project (VDIBR).
Degree
Dr. Nga completed her MBA in Boise State University (Idaho, USA, 1999) and Ph.D. with the National Economics University (2011) and the Master Online Teacher Certificate (MOT) with University of Illinois, USA, 2010.
