Ms. Dinh Phuong Ly (Liz) is senior management consultant of OCD.
Experience
She has over 15 years of experience in strategic HR, L&D management systems and held senior positions such as HO & Luxury Brand HR & Training Director in Vinpearl; Learning & Development Director in Vingroup; HR & Organization Director in Ariston Vietnam.
Ms. Liz directly built up HR Biz Model, Shared Service System, HR Policies and Procedures, Organization Restructuring of Vinpearl, Ariston, JPK (Hanoi) and consulted restructuring and training for several manufacturing & trading companies.
At the post of L&D Director in Vingroup, she joined training in L&D Corporate Management System; leadership competency framework design; management skills programs; building L&D strategy and policy applied for all the P&Ls in Vingroup, coordinate with international experts from E&Y, SAP in building the customized HR &Training System for Vingroup.
Ms. Liz is new joined member of OCD Management Consulting Group, and has took part in some projects in restructuring and building HR & Training Management System for VPIC1, Transerco, BFC.

Ms. Liz holds her Master of Business Administration of Latrobe University, Australia, Coaching Certification of ICF (International Coaching Federation).
