Consulting in Human Resource Capacity Development and Information system of Human Resources management for VICOSTONE (2011-2013). VICOSTONE is a member of VINACONEX, and is  one of the pioneering companies in the field of manufacturing engineered stones in Asia.The overall objective of the project is to develop a performance assessment system in association with the company  applying SAP software. The specific objectives of the project are: (i) management capacity building through training for middle managemers; (ii) Develop HR management systems and processes; (iii) Develop personnel administration Workflow and forms for implementing HR mamagement  software (iv) Develop 3P salary system.
