OCD consultants as Economic Development Planning Specialists to Nam Dinh City People’s Committee under the SDC-supported Nam Dinh Urban Development project (NDUDP) during 2000-2003 (Phase II) and 2003-2006 (Phase III), supporting the establishment of a new Planning and Economic Development entity under the City People’s Committee; facilitating the formulation of the City’s Socio-economic Development Action Plan 2000-2003 and City Development Strategy for 2005-2020, incorporating CPRGS targets, actions and processes at the local government level.
