Within the scope of the World Bank-funded “Rural Distribution Project” at Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), 2008-2013, OCD was commissioned to conduct the first ever nationwide customer satisfaction survey for EVN (May-July 2013) via a large sample of over 3000 customers in both non-household and household customer groups. OCD consultants also provided customer survey skill training to over 300 EVN managers to build up the capabilities of local power companies to continue customer satisfaction survey in the coming years.
