Consulting in Development salary system for PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, 2014). PVFCCo is a leading enterprises in Vietnam in fertilizer, agrochemicals and petrochemicals business. OCD consultants help to: (i)Re-design salary system; (ii) Re-design salary and bonus policy according to 3Ps and KPIs; (iii) Consult in solutions to issues when implementation; (iv) Develop capacity dictionary and core competency framework for PVFCCo to recruit, trainning and appoint personnel, to develop requirements for the position newly created, and to apply salary and other policy to individuals.
